Pole Banner Printing and Material
We manufacture custom light pole banners complete with their installation accessories. We apply the graphics to the double-sided vinyl material using UV-protected ink. The material has four grommets by default which help reinforce the sheet and make it more wind-resistant. There are 2” pole pockets which aren’t included in the product measurements on the top and bottom of the graphics of these custom banners.
Mounting of Light Pole Banners
A pole banner is usually installed on tall light poles. They’re generally mounted 15’ above street level to provide clear visibility without disturbing drivers. Installation of Pole Banners
This product comes with installation hardware that includes 2 fiberglass arms, 2 mounting brackets, 4 steel bands, zip ties, ring bolts and eye bolts.
Step 1: Measure a minimum of 15’ from the ground to the bottom of the product.
Step 2: Attach the brackets on the pole fastening them with steel bands. Start from the bottom bracket.
Step 3: Make sure that the distance between two brackets is equal to the size of your graphics.
Step 4: Insert the fiberglass arms into the top and bottom pole pockets of the face material.
Step 5: Insert the ends of the arms into the metal brackets.
Step 6: Fasten the arms with ring bolts.
Step 7: Insert eye bolts into the top and bottom brackets.
Step 8: Pass zip ties through the eye bolts and the grommets on the face material.
Step 9: Tighten the zip ties to fix the face material in place.
