Adhesive Backed Foam – An Easy-to-Install Solution

A peel-and-attach process lets you install your self-adhesive foam board within a minute. You don’t need any tools for the setup. Just peel the backing strip and stick the adhesive back foam to the application area. Check out our sticky back foam installation guide for details.

Material and Printing of Self-Adhesive Foam Boards

The front face of our foam with adhesive backing is made of clay-coated paper. The back side is an adhesive surface which allows the product to stick to the application area. It’s intended for short to mid-term interior usage. Our adhesive back foam comes in white with 3/16” thickness which is appropriate for medium-sized displays.

Just like our acrylic signs, this product is printed using UV LED inks. We offer only one-sided printing for self-adhesive foam core board displays. This product has self-stick mounting, so the second side cannot display any graphics.

Sizes and Shapes of Self-Adhesive Foam Boards

The sizes of our foam with sticky back range between 4”x4” and 48”x96”. The most common sizes of an adhesive backed foam board we’ve been asked for are 24”x36”, 36”x48” or 16”x20”, however we can make them in any custom size in the range we offer.

Our self-adhesive foam boards can be cut in these shapes:

• Square/rectangle – 90° angles with sharp corners
• Rounded – 90° angles with rounded corners
• Outline – exact shape of your design
• Overline – shape of your design with a thin border running around it

Setting up this product is simple. You need to peel off the back of the display and attach it to the wall.

Can the adhesive backed foam be used outdoors?

Outdoor usage is not recommended! But indoors, self-adhesive foam displays will last longer than 25 years.

Setting up this product is extremely easy and requires no additional tool. The only thing you must do is remove the strip off the back of the product and then press the back of the display against the wall. But make sure that the wall is clean and dust-free.
